The following have been reported when using software products under their particular title. Please accept the following to avoid the problems.

Select the Menu Option (Corrections) to download

• (302kb) download latest Fix. (5-15 minutes to download with 56kb modem)

• MISPLACEMENT OF EDITED COORDINATES
  
  DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASED TROPICAL CHASER IN 2002 OR 2003. 
  
  The download is a self-extracting file. Place it in the Folder STORMS before executing it. A warning should display indicating you are about to replace a file that already exist. Respond by clicking the Yes button.

            KNOWN PROBLEMS AND WORK AROUND IN OLDER VERSIONS

• Our browser access to the internet is not initializing AOL connections.
  
  (Solution) Minimize the Tropical Chaser and Logon to the Internet using AOL. Minimize AOL and Maximize Tropical Chaser.
  
• (All versions) Repeated zooming will cause the map to disappear. 
  
  (Solution) Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to reposition the map to the middle of the screen. Drag the button in the middle of the scroll bar to the approximate middle until the map reappears.
  
• (All versions) Copied Maps do not update in reports.
  
  (Solution) Exit Tropical Chaser.  Start the program again and go directly to the F-Y-I menu item.  The updated map images should appear in the reports accordingly.
